This house just gives me the warm fuzzies.

It's certainly a departure from what typically draws my eye, but it appealed to my smaller and more classic side. The traditional facade is traditional for a reason - because it works. I'm hard pressed to love a house that's more walls than windows, but I think I can make an exception.

The color palette is completely on point - the soft white coupled with the grays just send my heart a flutter. And modern touches are incorporated with the industrial style, glass focused door, as well as the metal railing above. The gas lanterns add just the right amount of warmth to an otherwise cool facade. All of which together blends the basic with the modern, taking it a to a notch above the traditional suburban home.

Greenery and landscaping always boosts your curb appeal too, and this house is no exception. You all know how much I love grass or gravel lined pavers, just like you see here. It allows an otherwise manicured and structured garden to branch out and look a slightly more organic and wild, which adds more dimension to the overall scene.

What is your one never fail trick for boosting your curb appeal?
