In late September, when temperatures were peaking at 95 degrees here in Texas and we were sporting shorts and t-shirts, my roommate and I began to dream about fall. So we decided that if fall wasn't going to come to us, we were going to go hunt it down. After a blitz of all of our favorite travel deals websites, we booked ourselves a quick weekend trip to Boston.
Boston in the fall - could you be more quintessential?

When packing my trip essentials, one of my absolute essentials was my JORD watch. This thing is a game changer. Extreme function matched with perfectly portioned style makes it a must in every suitcase I pack.

Let's talk first about the style factor - because that's my favorite part. JORD designs watches with such detailed thoughtfulness - with a design to reach every type of person's individual style. The colors are vibrant, the tones are rich, and the accents are striking.

It transitions so seamlessly from day to night. It accents your daytime outfit just enough while still keeping it casual. But it can go right along with that out-there outfit or fun dress for your night out with your friends.

This watch carried me through a weekend brimming with shopping, eating, sipping, touring, and lots and lots of walking. The links and frame are made of a perfectly light, but durable wood. So I kid you not when I say, it's so light that you earnestly forget it's there.
It lifted the burden of wondering about the time when I needed it, but allowed me to forget about it when I wanted to truly kick it vacation-style.

I have the Frankie watch in Dark Sandalwood and Emerald and I can't say enough about it. The deep verdant green highlights the pop of gold on the face and both look just so good with fall colors. My roommate happens to also have the Frankie, but in Zebrawood and Champagne, and it is every bit just as lovely.

And my personal favorite perk? It doesn't set off the metal detector at the airport. So wear, wear, wear it away, my friends! Hop on that plane and jet set to your heart's content.

Where will your JORD watch take you?
