on target

I love when retailers come out with their spring lines - everything is all fresh and floral, and white is put to work with reckless abandon. I know I'm not alone when I say that I take particular joy in walking the aisles of Target, browsing their perfectly curated collections. And the new way they've re-vamped their home decor displays? I just want to take a snapshot and drop everything in sight into my own home.

Luckily, Target knows just their customers well and essentially gives you the option to do just that! All of the images in the post are pulled from Target's website and many of them are curated looks where you can shop each item in the image, from the furniture down to the trinkets on the table. A true online shoppers dream!

And did you know Target has a new design to their online shopping? Not only can you shop by category, but now you have the luxury of shopping by look and style! When you go to select your category, select home, and then instead of specifying furniture, decor, or textiles, etc you select home ideas, design, & inspiration and you can shop any items that pertain to your personal style! You can shop traditional, farmhouse, mid-century modern, luxury & glam, or my current obsession - Scandanavian.

Not only can you shop by style, but you can shop by room too, so you can finally tackle that peskily unfinished dining room or your ever-ambiguous bonus room. What's more, there's a featured section of Emily Henderson's picks from Target's current line, you just know you can't go wrong with anything there. Because Emily Henderson is a design angel who can do no wrong.

I've truly enjoyed the accessibility of Target's online shopping as of late, because it is an elusive store where you won't always find what you want in your specific location. But accessing their full inventory online allows you to target the specific items you want and either track them down at a store near you, or order them straight to your door. Ah, what an age we live in!
